Job summary

IRT Australia is seeking a Hospitality Employee for the Sans Souci Gardens Residential Care Home in Sydney. You will join a not-for-profit team that values diversity, community and quality care for older Australians. Professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment are offered.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Hospitality Employee at our IRT Sans Souci Gardens Residential Care Home.

We are looking for a permanent part-time employee, working 11am to 7pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Your work will include:

• Working with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
• Delivering and serving meals to our residents
• Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Helping with various domestic duties such as cleaning of general areas

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Experience delivering hospitality (desirable)
• A big heart - an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
• Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
• Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
