Job summary

IRT Berala on the Park in Sydney, NSW, is seeking hospitality employees for permanent part-time roles with short shifts. The positions involve preparing and serving meals to residents, interacting with residents to build relationships, and maintaining high food safety standards.

We have exciting opportunities available for Hospitality Employees at our IRT Berala on the Park (Auburn) Residential Care Home.

We are looking for permanent part-time employees, working short shifts either on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from 3:30pm to 7:30pm or Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30pm to 7:30pm.

Your work may include:

• Working with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
• Delivering and serving meals to our residents
• Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Helping with various domestic duties such as cleaning of general areas
• Experience delivering hospitality (desirable)
• A big heart – an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
• Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
• Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
