WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client, a hospitality supplier. You will build relationships with hotels, pubs and regional venues, handle inbound enquiries, quotes and orders, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The role focuses on long‑term customer engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and supporting transformation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency. Strong onboarding and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre, or phone-based role.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with customers by phone.
• Organised and able to manage a large customer portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitality customers including hotels, pubs, and regional venues.
• Handle inbound enquiries, quotes, and order requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and order frequency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
