Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client, a hospitality supplier. You will build relationships with hotels, pubs and regional venues, handle inbound enquiries, quotes and orders, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The role focuses on long‑term customer engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and supporting transformation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency. Strong onboarding and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre, or phone-based role.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with customers by phone.
• Organised and able to manage a large customer portfolio.

About the Role

• Building relationships with hospitality customers including hotels, pubs, and regional venues
• Handling inbound enquiries, quotes, and order requests
• Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction notes in internal systems
• Identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement, frequency of orders
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You, you will be:

• Experienced in a customer service, call centre, or phone-based role
• Confident building relationships and speaking with customers over the phone
• Naturally inquisitive, asking strong questions and listening effectively
• Comfortable managing a large and varied portfolio of customers
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
• Relationship‑driven, with a focus on long‑term customer engagement rather than transactional sales
• Hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not essential
