Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a hands‑on role in a busy kitchen within a residential aged care setting. You will assist with food prep, plating and meal service, while supporting texture‑modified and allergen‑aware meals and maintaining dining cleanliness.

Join a fast‑paced commercial kitchen environment where you’ll build hands‑on skills in food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations. Working with our Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team, you’ll help deliver high‑quality meals that make a real difference in residents’ daily lives.

About the Role

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture‑modified and allergen‑aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast‑moving team.

This role is a physical & fast paced with a lot of variety, you will do a lot of bending, squatting, lifting and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely. It is important you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues and our residents.
