Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking candidates for a fast-paced kitchen role in NSW. You will assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen, supporting dietary needs and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You'll work with our Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team, handling texture-modified and allergen-aware meals while upholding food safety and WHS procedures. A strong team mindset and reliability are essential for success.

This role is a physical & fast paced with a lot of variety, you will do a lot of bending, squatting, lifting and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely. It is important you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues and our residents.

About You

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience (or a strong interest in developing these skills).
• Students completing or planning Commercial Cookery studies who want to build practical, hands‑on skills that directly support their training.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail skills.
• Reliable, adaptable team players who thrive in a busy kitchen environment and have the availability to support a variety of shifts.

NOT suitable for candidates studying personal care or nursing, as training and development focus exclusively on commercial cookery and kitchen operations.
