Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group in Sydney’s South West is recruiting a dedicated cleaner to support our aged care residents. You will help keep the facility clean and hygienic, contribute to a safe environment, and work as part of a supportive team.

Previous aged care or hotel services experience is desirable. You’ll handle routine cleaning, restock supplies, and follow infection control practices while delivering high standards of cleanliness for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks- complete a National Police Check

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required
