Job summary

Bolton Clarke's Hillside Aged Care in Heathfield, Adelaide Hills, is seeking dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, restock trolleys and support infection control practices while demonstrating reliability and flexibility in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Pre-employment checks: National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
• Cleaning bathroom facilities.
• Attending to residents' personal requirements and maintaining bedside areas.

• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.

Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.

• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks- complete a National Police Check
