Slade Pharmacy Northside, part of Icon Oncology Group, is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist for a 6‑month, full‑time contract based at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside.

This role suits experienced community pharmacists looking to expand into hospital clinical practice within a supportive team. You will review medications, support inpatient rounds, ensure safe dispensing and coordinate discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Permanent Australian working rights.
• General Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered Pharmacist.
• Full-time commitment, weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation.
• Dispense and supply medications and pharmacy products.
• Coordinate inpatient medication requirements and discharge.
• Develop professional relationships with stakeholders for excellent service.
• Educate staff and patients on medicines and health promotion.
