Icon Oncology Group is seeking a motivated Hospital Pharmacist to join Slade Pharmacy Northside, located in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside, on a 6-month full-time contract.

This role offers exposure to hospital-based clinical pharmacy and medication management within a collaborative team. Applicants must be registered pharmacists with at least 2 years of practice experience; hospital pharmacy experience is highly regarded.

• Permanent Australian working rights.
• General Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered Pharmacist.
• Ability to commit to full-time employment, with occasional work on weekends when required.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience will be highly regarded.

• Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist to join the team at Slade Pharmacy Northside in a 6-month contract, full-time position. This opportunity is ideal for experienced community Pharmacists seeking to expand their clinical practice in a hospital setting, and Pharmacists with previous hospital experience looking for a rewarding short-term opportunity within a supportive and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Hospital pharmacy offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where your expertise contributes directly to patient care. At Slade Pharmacy Northside, you'll work alongside clinicians, nurses, and pharmacy technicians to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and timely medication management throughout their hospital journey.

What You’ll Bring

While prior hospital pharmacy experience is not essential, it will be highly regarded. Comprehensive onboarding, training and support will be provided; however, given the short-term nature of this contract, we are seeking Pharmacists who can draw on their existing professional experience and confidently adapt to a hospital environment.
