Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank - Car Parking Attendant to manage the hospital's car parks and ensure access for emergency services. You will communicate with staff, patients and visitors, direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas, and issue Parking Charge Notices where required.

Working as part of the facilities team, you will monitor car park operations, maintain safety, process routine payments, and assist site users with directions and wayfinding

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients and visitors.
• Proven customer service experience within a hospital or public environment.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary facilities team.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital car parks daily in line with policy and ensure clear access for emergency services.
• Direct users to parking areas and provide accurate wayfinding information.
• Monitor car parks, enforce infringements, and process Parking Charge Notices as required.
• Assist with access to hospital buildings and support ad hoc duties as needed.
