Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank - Security Officer to join a specialist team responsible for an effective Traffic Officer service across Trust sites.

You will maintain order, protect patients, staff and visitors, monitor CCTV, patrol car parks, de-escalate incidents, and report security events with accurate records. This role supports emergency response and movement and parking control across multiple hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good order and prevent public disorder on Trust sites.
• Protect patients, staff, contractors and visitors against acts of violence, aggression and abuse.
• Protect Trust property against loss, theft and damage.
• Maintain Traffic routes throughout the Trust site.
• Patrol Trust Car parks.
• Issue notices or Breach of Contract fines for unauthorised Parking.
• Provide a professional Security Service tailored to meet Trust needs.
• Respond to incidents and maintain incident records and police statements as required.
• Liaise with Police and assist in evidence collection.
• Monitor CCTV and assist in regulating vehicle movement and parking.
