Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Technical Support Officer to deliver reliable 1st and 2nd line IT support across Mercy Health facilities. The role emphasizes patient-centric care, strong communication, and hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite position involves supporting the standard operating environment, deploying hardware and software, and travelling to Mercy Health sites as needed. A tertiary IT qualification and relevant healthcare IT experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting end-user computing in healthcare.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience supporting AD and Entra ID user/device management.
• Familiar with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users.
• Support the standard operating environment (SOE) and hardware/software deployment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common end-user technology issues.
