Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Technical Support Officer in Melbourne to deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across Mercy Health sites. You will diagnose issues, support the standard operating environment, and assist with deploying hardware and software in a healthcare setting.

The role is onsite, hands-on, and customer-facing, spanning multiple facilities with travel between Mercy sites. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to provide a secure technology experience.

Qualifications

Tertiary IT qualification or relevant work experience
Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
Valid Victorian driver’s licence for travel
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Vaccination status as required by public health orders

Responsibilities

Provide reliable 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users across Mercy Health
Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user technology issues
Support the SOE and deployment of hardware, software and modern workplace technologies
onsite, hands-on, customer-facing role across multiple facilities
Deliver a positive, secure technology experience for users
