Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking a Car Park Manager for Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital to lead day-to-day car park operations, support a high-performing team, and maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused parking experience. You will provide a high level of service through effective reporting, management of staff, facilities and equipment, while maximising revenue and maintaining accountability controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment or with Facilities Management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team at the operations level.
• Proven track record of strong customer focus among supervised staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day car park operations and manage staff.
• Attend monthly Hospital management meetings to discuss car park performance.
• Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting.
• Optimise car park occupancy by maximizing operational and financial performance.
• Oversee car park maintenance and presentation standards.
• Identify opportunities to raise revenue and improve service.
