Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking a Car Park Manager for Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital to lead day-to-day car park operations and a high-performing team. You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships, deliver accurate reporting, manage staff, facilities and equipment, and maximise revenue while upholding Secure Parking values.

The role requires supervisory experience in a retail or service environment, budget management, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment or facilities management.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and customer focus in a retail/service setting.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with Hospital Management.
• Attend monthly meetings to discuss performance and opportunities.
• Manage staff to maintain efficient work environment.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reporting.
• Oversee car park maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Uphold car park presentation standards.
• Maximise occupancy and financial performance.
• Coach staff to meet service and performance targets.
• Identify revenue opportunities with Hospital Division manager.
