Secure Parking is seeking a Car Park Manager for Bankstown Hospital NSW to lead day-to-day car park operations, manage a small team, and deliver a safe, clean, customer-focused parking experience. You will provide reporting, oversee staff, facilities and equipment, maximise revenue and maintain accountability, while building strong relationships with hospital management and stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Ability to maintain car park equipment and identify improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage relationships with Hospital Management
• Attend monthly meetings with Hospital management to discuss car park performance and opportunities for improvement
• Management of staff to develop an efficient work environment
• Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting
• Car park presentation standards achieved in respect of cleaning, signage and staff grooming
• Optimisation of car park occupancy by maximizing operational and financial performance
• Training/coaching of staff to achieve service and performance targets
• Assisting the NSW/ACT Manager of Hospital Division to identify new revenue raising opportunities
