Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking an enthusiastic chef/cook for a full-time, Monday to Friday position at Wyong hospital café in Hamlyn Terrace. You will deliver high-quality meals, lead on-site operations and ensure food safety standards are met, while developing menu options focused on nutrition and healthy eating.

Qualifications

A passion for great food, beverage and service
Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
Strong leadership and hands-on style
Attention to detail with a hands-on approach
Experience in event planning and operations
Proven ability to train and develop teams
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality food for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures
Efficient service delivery, which anticipates and accommodates client needs
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team and stakeholders
Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthy eating
Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
Overseeing the team on site
