Job summary

Hoseright is expanding in Canning Vale, WA and seeks an Experienced Hose Technician to lead the new branch on-site. You will run daily operations, deliver hands-on hose and hydraulic solutions to walk-in customers, and build strong relationships with local clients.

You will coordinate with mobile techs and our Wangara head office, manage stock, and ensure a clean, safe workshop. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role at a WA-owned company.

Qualifications

• Seasoned hose technician with ability to work solo and take ownership of the workshop.
• Strong product knowledge across hoses and hydraulic solutions.
• Able to run daily operations and maintain a safe, clean site.
• Proactive self-starter with customer-facing skills.
• Based in the Southern Operational Region (SOR).

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the new branch.
• Provide hands-on hose and hydraulic solutions to walk-in customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with mobile tech team and Wangara head office.
• Manage stock and workshop supplies.
