Job summary

Endeavour Foundation seeks a Site Supervisor - Home in Ayr, Qld to lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred care in a SIL Home. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and foster a collaborative environment that supports clients with disabilities.

Applicants should have disability sector experience, leadership background, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend/overnight availability and checks such as WWC, NDIS screening, First Aid, CPR, and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in disability sector with complex behaviours and mental health challenges.
• Experience supervising a team and site operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven problem solving abilities with a logical approach.
• Relevant certificates in disability support preferred.
• Availability for weekends/overnights.
• Willingness to obtain Working with Children and related checks and a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the SIL Home site in Ayr, Qld.
• Coordinate individualised care plans and client support.
• Ensure accurate documentation for audits and progress notes.
• Support financial performance by managing operating expenditure.
