Job summary

Good Grace Care Services is seeking compassionate home helpers to provide in-home support, helping clients live comfortably and safely. The role covers cleaning, tidying, laundry, and meal prep within client homes in NSW. You will engage respectfully with clients, support safety practices, and report issues promptly.

A reliable, empathetic attitude is essential for consistent, high-quality care. Essential checks include First Aid & CPR, Police Check, Working with Children Check, and COVID-19

Qualifications

• Cleaning/housekeeping experience (1+ year preferred).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
• COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 2 doses).
• National Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Reliable, empathetic and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Domestic Assistance: Cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, laundry), kitchen/bathroom sanitization, dusting, and bed linen changes.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to WHS policies and report incidents promptly.
• Compassionate Engagement: Build trust through respectful, friendly interactions.

• Sutherland (Caringbah, Engadine, Heathcote, Menai, Sans Souci).
• North (Ryde, Hornsby, Macquarie Park, Manly, Dee Why, Mona Vale, Hills area).
• Eastern (Maroubra, Matraville, Coogee, Kensington, Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Bondi).

Your Role:

As a home helpers, you’ll deliver home assistance to clients to live comfortably and safely.
