Job summary

Good Grace Care Services is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide essential domestic assistance or house cleaning to elderly individuals and people with disabilities across Sydney.

You will deliver home support to help clients live comfortably and safely, with flexible shifts (minimum 2 weekday availabilities), ongoing mentorship, and a focus on independence and dignity for clients. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in supporting people with disability for at least 1 year.
• Reliable, empathetic and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities and domestic assistance for clients.
• Ensure safety and compliance with WHS policies; report incidents promptly.
• Engage compassionately to build trust and provide respectful, friendly interactions.

Your Role

Who We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an AIN, Support Worker, or in aged/disability care.
• Own reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential).

Note: Most of our clients preferred female for domestic assistance.
