Youi Insurance is seeking an experienced Large Loss Claims professional to manage a portfolio of high-value building and contents claims from its Sippy Downs office on the Sunshine Coast. You will review complex assessor and builder reports, apply policy to determine coverage, and guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clear communication.

Most daysyou’llbe reviewing reports, applyingpolicyand keeping multiple stakeholders aligned so claims keep moving. Some conversations will be straightforward while others will be tougher, where customers need calm explanations and steady guidance.Youwon’tbe left to figure it out alone.You’llwork alongside experienced people, take part in regular casereviewsand build confidence managing more complex claims over time.

This role suits someone who has already worked inbuilding andcontents claims and understands how policy and repairs come together.

What you’ll be doing
