Youi Pty Ltd in Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast, is seeking an experienced Large Loss Claims specialist to manage complex building and contents claims, guiding customers through the process with empathy. You will review assessor reports, apply policy, coordinate repairs and temporary accommodation, and work with assessors, builders and suppliers to keep claims moving.

Most daysyou'llbe reviewing reports, applyingpolicyand keeping multiple stakeholders aligned so claims keep moving. Some conversations will be straightforward while others will be tougher, where customers need calm explanations and steady guidance.Youwon'tbe left to figure it out alone.You'llwork alongside experienced advisors, take part in regular casereviewsand build confidence managing more complex claims over time.

This role suits someone who has already worked inbuilding andcontents claims and understands how policy and repairs come together.

What you'll be doing
