Youi Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking a dedicated claims professional to manage a portfolio of large loss building and contents claims. You will review reports, apply policy, and guide customers through the claims process in a supportive, structured manner.

The role requires coordinating repairs, inspections and temporary accommodation while maintaining clear documentation. You will work with assessors, builders and suppliers to drive claims forward with attention to detail and strong

• Full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs, Monday to Friday.
• Manage a portfolio of large loss building and contents claims.
• Review assessor and builder reports and apply policy to determine coverage decisions.
• Guide customers through the claims process when their home is seriously damaged or destroyed.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections and temporary accommodation arrangements.

Most daysyou’llbe reviewing reports, applyingpolicyand keeping multiple stakeholders aligned so claims keep moving. Some conversations will be straightforward while others will be tougher, where customers need calm explanations and steady guidance.Youwon’tbe left to figure it out alone.You’llwork alongside experienced advisors, take part in regular casereviewsand build confidence managing more complex claims over time.

This role suits someone who has already worked inbuilding andcontents claims and understands how policy and repairs come together.

What you’ll be doing
