UPA Aged Care Solutions is hiring a Home Care Worker for the Western Region, based in Dubbo. You will deliver person-centred care per client care plans and support daily living activities in clients’ homes, including personal care, meals, transport, and domestic tasks.

This full-time role offers guaranteed hours for permanent staff, competitive hourly rates from $31.60 to $37.37, and opportunities for ongoing training within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
• Registered and insured vehicle.
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in using technology.
• Comfortable travelling around Narromine, Yeoval and Wellington areas.
