UPA Aged Care Solutions in Dubbo seeks a Home Care Worker to support older people to live independently at home within a Western region team. You will provide person-centred care that enhances wellness, choice, and quality of life while contributing to a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is highly desirable.
• Commitment to person-centred care and wellness.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach per client care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services.
• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, shopping, and meal preparation.
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services.
• Identify and report client risks via the incident management system.

• Competitive pay: $32.61 – $36.23 per hour (based on skills, qualifications, and experience)

We currently have a Home Care Worker opportunity to join our Western region in Dubbo.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans

• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services


• Identify and report client risks via our incident management system

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support and Aged Care (highly desirable)


• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel


• Registered and insured vehicle


• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Confidence in using technology
