Job summary
BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a permanent part-time Care Worker to join our At Home team serving Tweed Heads and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily tasks, provide quality home-based care and support clients to stay independent in their own homes.
You will receive orientation, supervision, and development opportunities, with a shift pattern of Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with household tasks in clients' homes (cleaning, meal prep, mobility support).
- Provide practical care such as showering, dressing, continence support, medication assistance and transport.
- Build genuine connections with clients and support independent living.
