BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking a Care Worker to support clients in the Wisemans Ferry area. This permanent part-time role offers up to 48 hours per fortnight and involves helping with daily activities, mobility and home-based care. You’ll join a values-driven organisation that prioritises clients and staff alike.

Competenze

• Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
• Strong communication and patience when engaging with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone technology, apps and email to coordinate care.
• Caring nature and genuine desire to support older Australians at home.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily living tasks including dressing, showering, food preparation and mobility.
• Support with household tasks, medication reminders and transport between clients.
• Build meaningful connections to promote independence and quality of life.
