Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Worker to support clients in Tweed Heads and surrounding areas with at-home services. You will help with daily activities, household tasks, personal care and transport, while building meaningful connections to support living independently at home.

The role offers a permanent part-time schedule (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) with orientation and supervisor support, plus comprehensive employee benefits and travel time allowances.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian driver licence.
• Reliable vehicle for client transport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and food preparation.
• Aid clients with showering, dressing and daily self-care.
• Provide continence support and medication assistance when required.
• Transport clients between activities and appointments.
• Build genuine connections to support independent living at home.
