Job summary

Care Connect is seeking motivated individuals to provide in-home care for Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Lane Cove, Pennant Hills, Ku-ring-gai, Pymble and surrounding areas. You will support clients to live independently and safely at home, with a focus on dignity and well-being.

Responsibilities include personal grooming, meal planning, mobility assistance, light domestic tasks, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care, OR completed first-year study towards it.
• Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector.
• A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
