Job summary

Care Connect is seeking motivated individuals to provide in-home care to Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Ryde, Eastwood, Macquarie Park, Carlingford, Beecroft and surrounding areas.

The role involves personal grooming, meal prep, mobility assistance and domestic duties, with a focus on maintaining client independence and safety at home. Part-time positions are available for qualified and unqualified applicants, with a joining bonus and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it).
• Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector.
• A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others.

Responsibilities
