Job summary

My Guardian on the Gold Coast is seeking Home Care Workers to provide personalized in-home support, companionship, and practical assistance. Based in Coomera and surrounds, you’ll be part of a fast-growing regional team ready to deploy for regular hours as client demand expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic care, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Excellent communication and documentation with families and coordinators.
• Valid First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.
• The Essentials: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
