My Guardian Group in Queensland is building an elite pool of Home Care Workers to meet rapidly expanding client bases. We offer priority access to fresh client rosters, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.

As a Home Care Worker you’ll provide companionship, assist with independent living, transport clients to activities, and help with light domestic duties. You’ll need First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check; a Cert III in Aged Care or related field is valued but

Qualifications

• A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check are required or quickly obtainable.
• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability / Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.

• Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.
• The Essentials: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
