Job summary

St Mary’s Home Service is seeking caring Home Care Workers to join our community care team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a community-based role travelling to client homes across the region, with personal care and daily living support.

You will work part-time, provide assistance with meals, transportation and companionship, follow individual care plans, and help clients remain independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
• National Criminal History Record Check
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance and reliable access to your own vehicle for work
• Smart mobile phone
• Internet access

St Mary’s Home Service | Sunshine Coast

St Mary’s Home Service is seeking caring, compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our community care team.

This is a community-based role, supporting clients in their own homes across the Sunshine Coast. You will travel to different client locations throughout the region, so applicants must be comfortable travelling as part of their working day and have reliable access to their own vehicle.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and rewarding position, building positive relationships with clients and supporting them to remain independent, safe and connected within their own homes.

About the Role
