BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Home Care Worker to support clients in Mansfield and surrounding areas, delivering quality complex care and assisting with household tasks and shopping.

You will build genuine connections with clients, work with a dedicated supervisor, and benefit from orientation and ongoing professional development opportunities, plus travel time and mileage between visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance is required.
• Strong communication, resilience and patience are essential.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and email.

About the role

As a Home Care Worker supporting clients in Mansfield and surrounding areas, you will be part of our Baptistcare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning and general shopping for clients. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

To support you in your role

We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts

You'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you

Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career pathways

Earn $32.85/hr plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

What do we need from you?

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
