IRT Group in Ulladulla is seeking a kind-hearted Home Care Transport Driver to support clients’ independence by transporting them to appointments and social outings.

You will engage in daily activities and provide companionship, delivering a highly rewarding service to older Australians in a casual, weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's License and a reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a second language is a bonus.
• Resilience and ability to work independently with empathy for older Australians.

About the Role

We are looking for a kind-hearted and empathetic Home Care Transport Driver in the Milton/Ulladulla area. As a home care transport driver, you'll help support our clients to maintain their independence and help them get to their appointments and daily outings. Your empathetic natuer and companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!

• This role will be mainly covering the transportation of our customers who reside in the Milton/Ulladulla Region.
• This is a casual job opportunity.
• Monday - Friday. Hours may vary between 8 AM - 5 PM.

Duties can include:

• Social support: transportation to appointments & social outings
• Engaging in activities of daily living (ADLs)

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable car with Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - A second language is a bonus!
• Resilience and ability to work independently
