Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is seeking a Home Care Support Worker in Shepparton VIC. The role supports clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, shopping and transport while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Candidates may be qualified or currently studying towards relevant certificates, with flexibility to work day, evening, weekends or split shifts. A current driver’s license and clear checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the community home care sector.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, consumers and their representatives.
• Ability to read and interpret consumer Support Plans.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and occasional split shifts.
