BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Home Care team on the Central Coast, including Gosford, The Entrance, Wyong and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding, focusing on reablement and restorative care to help them stay independent at home.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team guided by Well-Living, with flexible work-from-home options and no weekends or shift

Qualificações

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
• Focus on reablement and restorative care to help clients maintain independence at home.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
