SA Health invites applications for a casual Community Support Worker in the Mid North region, with a particular need in Port Pirie. You will support home-based care, assist with daily activities, and work closely with the health team to deliver quality, person-centred services.

You will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent and possess strong communication, teamwork and flexible rostering skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent with experience in direct care.
• Ability to work in a team and across different settings.
• Good written, verbal and numeracy skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, nutrition and dressing.
• Support mobilisation and social interaction in line with care plans.
• Collaborate with clients, carers and nursing staff in a multidisciplinary team.
