Carrington Centennial Care is seeking a compassionate Home Care Employee to support older people to live independently in their own homes. Provide person-centred in-home care and domestic tasks in line with individual care plans under SaH and CHSP, servicing the Macarthur and Wollondilly regions.

We offer part-time roles within 6:00am–8:00pm rosters, school-hours friendly, and a growing not-for-profit team committed to wellbeing, quality care, and best practice.

Qualifikationen

• Reliable transport with comprehensive car insurance.
• Current first aid certificate and ongoing training.

The Opportunity

As a Home care Employee with Carrington's Community team, you will provide person-centred, quality in-home care to support older persons to live independently in their homes. You will provide domestic tasks or personal care services in accordance with individual care plans to Support at Home (SaH) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) to program participants in the Macarthur &/or Wollondilly region. You will enjoy a varied role, building rapport with our clients as you supporting them to meet their goals and enable continued choice and independence.

We have Part Time opportunities available providing services within the hours of 6:00am to 8:00pm, with rosters tailored to match your availability (e.g. school hours) and preferred travel region within Macarthur.

Responsibilities:

• Domestic tasks - such as cleaning, vacuuming, washing and meal preparation; or
• Personal care services - such as assistance with self-care, transport and social support.

About You

• Reliable transport with comprehensive car insurance
• Current first aid certificate
• Required for Personal Care - Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Right to work in Australia
• Completion of a pre-employment assessment and a National Criminal History check clearance during recruitment process
• Experience not essential for Domestic Support.
