UPA Aged Care Solutions in Albury/Wodonga is seeking a Home Care Worker to join the Murray Region. You will provide person-centred home care, assist with daily activities and support independence for older adults in our community.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel.
• Registered and insured vehicle.
• Compassion, empathy and passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport and respite services.
• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping and meal preparation.
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services.
• Identify and report client risks via our incident management system.
