Job summary

My Guardian is expanding its Queensland team and seeks reliable Home Care Workers to support clients in Beachmere and surrounding areas. You’ll provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation, helping people live independently at home.

We value compassionate, flexible professionals who can commit to regular hours, complete essential checks (NDIS, police) and maintain high standards of care. Competitive pay, sponsorship opportunities, and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance and supporting independent living.
• Ability to document care accurately and communicate with families and coordinators.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificate and background checks or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
• Carry out light household duties and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Monitor changes in health or behaviour and document care records.
• Support clients to maintain independence and dignity.
