Job summary

My Guardian is expanding its care services across QLD and is building a pool of Home Care Workers who will provide personalised in‑home support. You will help clients maintain independence, offer companionship, and assist with daily tasks in a compassionate, client‑focused environment.

We value reliability, empathy and strong communication, with priority given to applicants who hold relevant certifications and are prepared to obtain necessary checks quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance and caring for clients at home.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification and the ability to obtain checks quickly.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check required or in process.

Responsibilities

• True Companionship: build real connections and support emotional well‑being.
• Independence at Home: assist with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Community Connection: accompany clients to activities, shopping and appointments.
