Job summary

My Guardian in Springfield, QLD is expanding and looking for compassionate Home Care Workers to join an elite pool for flexible, regular hours. You’ll provide personal care, domestic assistance, and help clients stay living independently at home.

Ideal candidates have experience in care, strong communication, and the ability to document care and coordinate with families. Certifications such as First Aid CPR, NDIS screening, and police checks are preferred or obtainable quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance and supporting independent living.
• Ability to document care accurately and communicate with families.
• Certs: First Aid CPR, NDIS checks, and police checks preferred or in progress.
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability highly regarded but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light household tasks, and meal prep.
• Support clients to attend social activities and appointments.
• Document care activities and liaise with families and coordinators.
