Job summary
Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking Home Care Workers to assist clients in George Town and surrounding communities. You will deliver direct care, domestic support, and social interaction, with transport as needed.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding service and uphold client rights and individual needs. Applicants should have Certificate III/IV in Aged Care (or be pursuing relevant nursing qualifications), current First Aid/CPR, and a valid Victorian/Tasmanian
Qualifications
- Requires Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent, or currently studying Diploma/Bachelor in Nursing
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Victorian/Tasmanian Driver's Licence
- Experience in home care or domestic support is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and domestic assistance to clients
- Offer social support and transport as required
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and elevate concerns promptly
- Maintain high-quality customer service and professional relationships
- Ensure client rights and cultural/spiritual needs are respected
