Care Connect is seeking compassionate home-care workers to support clients in their own homes in the Sydney area. You will assist with daily living tasks, build rapport with clients, and provide feedback to your Team Leader on services and client needs.

Casual and part-time roles are available. Relevant certifications are preferred but not essential; all applicants must have working rights and a valid driving license with an insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Police check is required.
• Covid vaccination booster is required.
• Driver license and a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
• Working rights are required.
• Any formal qualification is a bonus but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Attend to clients and support them to remain independent in their own home.
• Perform domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, tidying and meal preparation.
• Build a strong rapport with clients.
• Provide feedback to Team Leader on clients and services.
• With experience and qualifications you can provide social support and personal care.

  What you will receive:

  • Casual ($34.86 - $37.14 p/h) and part-time ($27.89 - $29.71 p/h) positions available
  • Immediate start with flexible casual hours OR the chance to discuss part-time hours with us
  • Not for profit-Salary Packaging (packaging to the value of $15,900 per annum, plus $2,650 for Meals & Entertainment)
