Job summary

My Guardian in Sydney is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will assess clients, design home modifications and assistive technologies, and support independence for aged care and NDIS participants.

We value compassionate, analytical therapists with AHPRA registration, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities for professional development and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid Driver’s Licence for community visits.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex needs into practical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional abilities, cognition, and home environments.
• Design and prescribe assistive technologies and home modifications.
• Create individualized intervention plans for skill development, sensory processing, and mental health.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
