Job summary
BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Canberra team. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients funded under aged care programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care to support independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home.

Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
- Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
- Focus on reablement and restorative care to help independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
