Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of complex insurance repair projects. You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinating with builders and repair specialists to control costs and ensure timely delivery, above all delivering quality outcomes for customers.

You will review scopes and costs, monitor timelines and communicate decisions clearly, driving efficient claims journeys with autonomy and credibility across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance building, estimating, repair coordination or project management.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential repair lifecycle.
• Trade qualification or solid technical construction knowledge.
• Experience working with builders and challenging repair methodologies where required.
• Strong understanding of insurance requirements, guidelines and policy-based non-cover decisions.
• Confident customer communicator with strong written and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance repair projects from initial scope through to completion.
• Review and validate scopes, costs and repair methodologies.
• Monitor builder performance, timelines, quality and customer outcomes.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and customer consultations as required.
• Identify non-covered works and clearly communicate decisions in line with policy requirements.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports that may be provided to customers and used in formal complaints processes.
